The Tai Sui, or God of the Year, is the deity in charge of everything that happens on Earth that year. He is concerned with the everyday problems of mankind and having his support through the year makes all the difference in one’s fortunes. It is a good idea to invoke his support at the start of the year by inviting him in his image. 

Note that the ruling Tai Sui changes each year. There are 60 Tai Suis in all, and 2023 is ruled by the Tai Sui General Pi Shi, he resides in the East. 

Place his plaque in the East sector of the home and office in 2023.
